Curious

“Curious” is actually this horse’s name. He is so naturally curious about everything that he was given the name. He is a quarter horse gelding that I photographed in Galisteo in 2017 while teaching a photography workshop at a private stable. I took the photo inside a very old adobe barn that had a very beautiful quality of light, and the weathered old adobe wall behind him made the perfect dark backdrop.
