Original Acrylic - 40x30
June 2, 1899: Butch Cassidy's "Wild Bunch" rob a train outside of Wilcox, Wy. They see that the safe in the express car is really fortified with more hardware so they get MORE dynamite. When the dynamite goes off it blows the safe (and its contents) sky-high as well as blowing up the entire express car. When interviewed about this robbery much later, one of the robbers said, "it went up with a BANG!" The event appears in the movie "Butch Cassidy & the Sundance Kid," although we are not sure if Butch was actually there.
