In the cowboy Westerns of the 1960’s and 70’s Lee VanCleef became one of the iconic bad guys of the genre. Having a well played villain is so essential to any story or movie and Westerns are no exception. I love painting the hero’s with a few bad guys sprinkled in and Lee VanCleef was a must for me to paint.
