SANTA FE, NM: July 2026—Sorrel Sky Gallery proudly celebrates its 13th year participating in the prestigious Santa Fe Indian Market with an extraordinary lineup of events that reflect the gallery's commitment to beauty, excellence, and inspiration. From August 13 to 16, 2026, the gallery's downtown location at 125 W. Palace Ave. will transform into a vibrant hub of artistic innovation, featuring exclusive receptions, engaging art talks, curated group shows, and an intimate artist market. This exceptional four-day celebration showcases the passion and integrity that define Sorrel Sky's carefully selected artists. These special exhibitions continue through August 31, offering collectors an extended opportunity to experience these inspired works.

August 13, 5-7:30 PM — The Legacy of Ben Nighthorse
Sorrel Sky Gallery invites artists to honor Ben Nighthorse and his legacy, with a focus on Native Artists: Ray Tracey, Shane Hendren, Victoria Adams, Jeremy Salazar, and Kim Seyesnem Obrzut. Special Guests to be announced. Shanan Campbell will give a presentation honoring her father at 6 PM.
August 14, 5-7:30 PM — All Artist Group Show
Experience the full spectrum of artistic excellence as Sorrel Sky showcases works from its diverse roster of established artists. Featured creators include Star Liana York's expressive bronzes, Thom Ross’s dynamic historic paintings, Robert Rivera's innovative gourd art, and many others, including Lisa Danielle, Ana Maria Botero, Thom Ross, Lisa Gordon, David Knowlton, Tony Stromberg, Peggy Immel, Arlene La Dell Hayes, Maura Allen, Nancy Dunlop Cawdrey, Michael Tatom, and Maria Goler Baca.
August 15 & 16, 10 AM - 5 PM — Gallery Market Experience
This intimate, immersive environment allows art enthusiasts to engage directly with Sorrel Sky's talented artists. Visitors will witness creative demonstrations and discover new works crafted specifically for this significant weekend, fostering meaningful connections between creators and collectors.

August 13, 3-4 pm & August 16, 1-2 pm — Navajo Weaving Talks with Antonia Clark. Stepping in to provide her decades of expertise, Antonia Clark will share her profound knowledge of these remarkable Native artisans and their distinctive designs, illuminating the beauty and cultural significance of this traditional art form.
